Location
The studio is located within a 7 unit historic apartment building that we purchased and are renovating. The studio is on the 1st floor and has an entrance, a kitchen, a bathroom, and a living & bedroom. Everything in the studio has been remodeled as of May - July 2018. Please let us know what you like and don’t like about it so we can make it even better!
Guest Access
Guest will access the studio through the main entrance, which is off of State Street. There is a digital main entrance and a digital lock for the Studio door! A lock-box with a physical key is next to the Studio door in the event the digital lock malfunctions! The studio is completely private and is on the first floor.
Additional Details
The apartment is pet-friendly. However, there is a $25 fee per pet. This payment is due before the trip and is payable through the Airbnb Resolution Center!
Please be aware that the bathroom is quite cozy and can only accommodate one guest at a time!
For any guests staying in the winter months, the heat is fixed and set to 71 degrees. An electric space heater is provided in the apartment for any additional heat you may be accustomed to at home!
