The space
Small very cute studio apartment located on the second floor of a gorgeous John Calvin Stevens brownstone. The apartment offers a tile stand up shower, efficiency kitchen, couch and tv area, and queen bed for sleep.
Guest access
Guests access the unit from the driveway, one overnight parking spot is included. Digital code accessed entry.
Location
Parkside neighborhood is ideally located right off of 295 and very close to downtown Portland. University of Southern Maine, Deering Oaks Park, Hadlock Field, Fitzpatrick Stadium, Portland Museum of Art, State Theater are all within walking distance.

Guest Access
Guest will access the studio through the main entrance, which is off of State Street. There is a digital main entrance and a digital lock for the Studio door! A lock-box with a physical key is next to the Studio door in the event the digital lock malfunctions! The studio is completely private and is on the first floor.
Additional Details
The apartment is pet-friendly. However, there is a $25 fee per pet. This payment is due before the trip and is payable through the Airbnb Resolution Center!
Please be aware that the bathroom is quite cozy and can only accommodate one guest at a time!
For any guests staying in the winter months, the heat is fixed and set to 71 degrees. An electric space heater is provided in the apartment for any additional heat you may be accustomed to at home!
